Morgil BlackhopeHow about Morocco, Yemen, Tunisia, Egypt? No oil and no democracy. The problem must be at least partially cultural in nature, and I fail to see why that is so hard to admit. Cultures can reform or transform. Of course, Tunisia is rather more humane than most Arab countries, but it still is a dictatorship.
