I agree that Israel has the right to maintain a military presence in those areas until the war is resolved but colonization of territory captured in war is evil and wrong,

no matter the excuses or supposed justification. One bad turn certainly does not deserve another and there can be no excuses for the terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians but neither can Israel claim the moral high ground while it is itself committing the second most evil act after genocide. Both sides in this conflict have apparently large numbers of people willing to commit the most atrocious acts. Both terrorist activity against civilians and settlement must stop. Whichever side first stops will reclaim the moral high ground and should have the support of the West.
