When I said "nowhere" I obviously didn't mean within the void of space, but rather in such an environment as an ocean such as that on Earth millions of years ago.
And I have not built any strawman at all, thankyou very much. All I have done is simplified into one sentence what most biologists believe in regards to the origin of life. The fact remains that most biologists believe that life evolved from amino acids against monumentally large odds which in turn evolved from the randomness of molecules swirling around each other in the ocean.
