But for me, the basic question is a different one: how did America, which is half a planet away from Palestine / Iraq / Arabia, manage to anger all these people so that they dance when Americans die? That's a question I would have liked to hear from America. A little meditation on their own role in this area. Instead of "revenge" platitudes.
