Another contradiction in this Babylonian-based out-dated system. "Fifteen thirty" is the same as "three thirty PM". Well, the day has 24 hours, so why not count them from 0 to 24? Has some logic in it. Unfortunately, it isn't possible with this other expression. You can't say "half sixteen" instead of "fifteen thirty". Weird.
