Henriette FransKristiansand is the southernmost large city (by Weejun standards) in Norway. You were referring perhaps to Christiania? It does. Closest thing to a coffee-shop in Denmark, though oversized compared to any single coffee-shop. :-)
BTW does Christiansand still exist, or does that not ring a bell?
