I strongly believe that we should defer any finger pointing (at Bush or Clinton) until every Islamic terrorist lies dead and rotting as they deserve. For that reason, I won't challenge your strange statement about "absolute proof".
If you really defer pointing fingers at Bush just because there might be an Islamic terrorist somewhere, guess how long he'll go on presenting "possibilities of clues that there might be hints that the CIA has found out that there will be a terrorist attack somewhere soon".
