To my understanding of the word "fist", not quite. A fist is a bunched hand, not an open one. A Weejun "neve" does not imply that it is bunched. It may be open or bunched - in the latter case, a "knyttneve". I may extend my "neve" to you in friendly greeting, but if I extend my fist to you, the greeting won't be so polite.RavenDavid Flood
"Neve" in Weejun means "hand", with the connotation of "strong hand for working or fighting" - the vanilla word for "hand" is "h?nd" or "hand", depending on dialect.
Kind of like "fist", you mean?
