I was being rhetorical. Those camps were not death camps, in the sense of concentration camps or gulags. They were refugee camps at which massacres took place.paulh"Jay Random" <jrandom@bondwine.ca>wrote in message news:3CB7CDC7.2060203@bondwine.ca...Which death camp was that?As for `brutal & evil leaderships': Israel is the only functioning multi-party democracy in the Middle East. The Israeli people _elected_ those leaders.So.... the fact that Sharon is an ELECTED former death camp commander makes it all good?
She/He is referring to a Muslim refugee camp in South Lebanon. Despite being protected by the Israeli Army they 'let' a Christian Militia commit a massacre there. I don't consider Sharon to be directly to blame, but certainly indirectly responsible.
