You should find it interesting since I, for one, never said that. What I have said is that groups who use airplane hijackings, piracy on the high seas, taking and slaughtering civilian hostages, homicide bombers, etc., as their modus operandi are terrorists regardless of their political aspirations.

it's not *terrorism* to bomb, shoot, and terrorise the population in opposition to that.

Bombing, shooting and terrorizing the civilian population may very well be terrorism. Bombing, shooting and terrorizing the British Army and a sectarian paramilitary police force is not.

go figure.

(and yes, both sides are terrorists IMO)
