Not when they let of bombs in Israel they aren't.. I'd have no problems if they ran upto Israeli soldiers and THEN let off their bombs..

OK, so when they bomb soldiers, that is not terrorism. I think we can agree on that.

When they bomb civilians in Israel, that is terrorism. We seem to agree on that.

What about when they bomb civilians in the West Bank, what is that?

Now for the larger question. How do you describe them in general? Are they a revolutionary group that has committed terrorist acts? Or are they a terrorist group that has revolutionary aspirations? I think it's safe to say the vast majority of the victims of Palestinian violence are civilians.
