TamimNo....neither are all Terrorists, Revolutionaries... What IS the difference between the two? Tamil Tigers are Revolutionaries when they're engaged in armed warfare with the Sri Lankan Army but when they sneak into a city and let of a car-bomb then they're acting as Terrorists.
