For the same reason you will not find an Arab country massacering Jews in refugee camps after having driven them from their homes. For the same reason you will not find an Arab country under which rule there are Jews living without any civil rights (Like the right to go to a shop).
Also, show me which Israelis are killing random Arab civilians in restaurants, nightclubs, shopping malls, & suchlike places for the purpose of inducing terror.The Isreali army has done that. Not in nightclubs because the Palestinians don't have them, but in refugee camps.snip
