`Death camp commander'? You'd better substantiate that.

Conrad Dunkerson
Sabra? Shatila?

He was Israeli Defense minister. Lebanese Phalangist militiamen committed the massacres.

Thousands of Palestinian civillians systematically massacred?

UN Observers put the figure at 7-800.

Sharon found responsible even by Israel?

The Kahan Commission said he was 'indirectly responsible' and more specifically, "the Defence Minister made a grave mistake when he ignored the danger of acts of revenge and bloodshed by the Phalangists against the population in the refugee camps. These blunders constitute non-fulfilment of a duty with which [he] was charged"

The Kahane Commission further found no evidecne of a conspriacy between the Phalangists on theone hand and the IDF and Israeli police on the other.

Ongoing trial for genocide? Any of this ringing any >bells?

BTW, your prior assertions about the Time Magazine suit were incorrect. The jury did in fact find that the Time Magazine article was false and careless and negligent. However, under U.S. law for a public figure to win a libel suit he must prove what is called 'actual malice'. The jury found Time did not act with actual malice.

Time retracted the key part of the story.

Meanwhile: Many thousands of Palestinian Arabs remained in Israel after 1948; they or their descendants hold Israeli citizenship, vote in Israeli elections, & their persons & property are protected by Israeli law. Show me one place in the Arab world where Jews are so treated.

Turkey.

Turks are Arabs?

Also Palestine (admittedly an Arab population under British rule) prior to 1948. The whole thing with the jewish terrorists blowing up hotels and such kind of put a kibosh on it though.

As you gloss by, there was never a Palestinian ruled state. Before the British, the area was ruled by the Turks (not called Palestine BTW, rather it was part of southern Syria).

The last time there was an area called Palestine, there was a Roman Emperor.

Also, show me which Israelis are killing random Arab civilians in restaurants, nightclubs, shopping malls, & suchlike places for the purpose of inducing terror.

The Palestinians don't HAVE nightclubs and shopping malls.

They could if they stopped fighting.

As such the 'settlers' and Israeli military are generally reduced to having to kill random civillians in the street or their homes.

That's not even worthy of a response.

If you can do all that, then possibly, just conceivably, I may grant your argument of moral equivalence.

Bipartisan immorality.
