But for me, the basic question is a different one: how did America, which is half a planet away from Palestine / Iraq / Arabia, manage to anger all these people so that they dance when Americans die?
That's a question I would have liked to hear from America. A little meditation on their own role in this area.What an idiotic thing to say. What did Bill Clinton fail to do on behalf of the Palestinians? He wasted much of his last year fashioning a deal which Arafat never had any intention of agreeing to.
Why don't you meditate a little bit on your arrogant, self-righteous anti-Americanism? You would have been a born a slave in some hideous Nazi or Soviet state if it weren't for us. You don't lecture us about protecting Western Europe, because it was your precious butt on the line. It's only when we try to help somebody else that you presume to lecture us. You can take your effete, refined, holier-than-thou moral sensibilities and examine them for the hypocrisy that they are. Sheesh.
