No it's not. That's what I've been saying in my last few posts. Peoples, cultures and nations are not identical to their ancestors. For example, few Norwegians nowadays murder, pillage and rape up and down the coasts of Europe from their warships. Norwegians are _not_ vikings. They may have evolved from Vikings. Their ancestors may be vikings. But modern Norwegians are not vikings. Modern Norwegians are native to their rocky bit of coast. They developed as a people there. They do not inherit the guilt of their viking ancestors for driving out whoever was there before them.saying.Russ
