It's OK to dislike narrow-minded people. The bigotry part is when you assume that Christian fundamentalists in general are narrow-minded.

Given the negative feelings I at least connect with religious fundamentalism I tend to define it as those who are narrow-minded and use other words (e.g. devout) to describe others with a strong belief and literal interpretation of their religious scriptures.

My previous statement should be seen in the light of that definition, though of course you can disagree with it ;-)
