Do you have any examples of said hatred?Flame of the WestTroels Forchhammer
But why single out Christian fundamentalists? Why not say that about *all* narrow-minded people?
That's more or less what I really feel - though narrow-mindedness isn't - IMO- enough. You have to couple it with hatred towards people that think differently.
Can't we just agree that in both cases we're talking nut cases that claim their religion as a justification for act that are not truly justifiable by said religion ...Yes. Deliberate murder of noncombatants by individuals is morally wrong, whether an abortionist or a civilian working in the World Trade Center.
It's OK to dislike narrow-minded people. The bigotry part is when you assume that Christian fundamentalists in general are narrow-minded.Flame of the WestTroels Forchhammer
You seem to have a bit of an attitude problem with Christian fundamentalists. Once might suspect *you* of bigotry.
Yes, I guess so :) I'll at least admit to having an attitude problem towards people who will not even attempt to look at things both ways ;-) - whether that's to be called bigotry is a decision I'd better leave to others ;-)
