Well, Egypt and Jordan did, to an extent. But a full recognition of Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state must include a repudiation of any Palestinian right of return.

Ah... so first they have to acknowledge Israel's right to exist and then they have to acknowledge Israel's right to keep all Palestinians out of the land that Israel gained through either UN mandate or conquest and the forced deportation (or 'ethnic cleansing' as it is called nowadays) of the Palestinian residents.

This is simple logic, since any significant repatriation would doom Israel's Jewish character in the long run.

Oh, well then.... simple logic. Who could argue with that? Clearly all Albanians should be forbidden from returning to their homes in Kosovo because any significant repatriation would doom the Serbian character of the country in the long run. Ditto for every other forced expulsion in history. No doubt Israel is all for allowing Germany to keep property seized from Jews during World War II and has repudiated all of the reparation efforts made over THOSE land and property thefts. Right?
