There were also many who mourned, but for some strange reason, the news networks in the UK didn't seem to devote too much reelspace to the candlelight vigils in Jerusalem and Tehran (yes, there was a fairly large one in Iran). I guess they thrive on negativity.
I for one am glad that the news networks did not try to cover up the extent to which the Arab world hates our guts. Since Sept. 11, the feeling is mutual, at least on my part.
