?jevind L?ngI'm sure the French Resistance shot Vichy policemen in the back, what does that have to do with anything? You're overly simplifying a complex area and attacking anyone who doesn't accept your simplistic view of the world.
If the Baader-Meinhof gang shot a policeman or a soldier (in the back or in the stomach) that was regarded as terrorism.
In my opinion, that goes for all terrorist movements. We seem to define terrorism differently,I have yet to see your definition of 'terrorism' and 'terrorist group.' A non-terrorist group in a just war can commit individual terrorist acts without thereby becoming a terrorist group (i.e. French Resistance). Just as the army of a nation-state in a just war can commit immoral, unjust or criminal acts in a war without thereby becoming a criminal army (i.e. RAF Bomber Command).
which makes further discussion of the subejct pointless. That's your decision. Paulh and I had different definitions however we managed to have a civilized discussion without calling each other names.
