Let's see. When you are called on sloppy language, it's nitpicking. When I say the obvious referral was to management, you somehow try to claim you meant staff. You make a good case for making ambiguous statements.

it's obvious what was meant, but since you're being anal retentive, maybe you'll understand this: the *staff* in a big box store doesn't give a shit if the display models work or not and the customers often break them (or steal parts).

go look for yourself.
