This is true - so far as that a requirement needn't be added, it can exist by default. If you want to participate in a car race, no one adds the requirement of you acquiring a a fast car, it exists by default, or is "implied" as you put it.PeterNSandmanTony Cooper
Requirement - something you HAVE to do
After someone who wanted to do what the requirement requires adds it as a requirement. It does not exist until added, and it is added because someone wants it to be added.
Sorry to disagree. A requirement need not be something added. It can exist by implication.
A few hours ago I saw this tall, buxom blond woman who was in her late twenties, or early thirties, of the type that I would like to play windshield wiper with. Nobody has to add any requirements for that to happen. They exist by implication.But this was a bad example. While I'm not sure what "play windshield wiper" actually means, it certainly isn't a requirement for anything. It's a desire of yours and that's all.
