Hell! I have been in a Staples Office Supply which has a better photo inventory than our local Best Buy. However, they both have the same lack of knowledge when it comes to photography equipment. Not the most comprehensive inventory, and not the best pricing, They will show you a D800 body (yup! they have D800s at Staples) for $3449.99 and tell you to consider a Canon T3i + kit lens for $599 because they believe it to be a similar product.

Then in the period of 1974 to 1983 life gave me little room for photography and all I held on to were my cameras two of which I still have and are quite functional. The darkroom equipment is long gone. In 1996 I moved into the world of digital photography and I have been scratching that itch ever since.

and he's active semi-pro photographer himself. He does some family portraits on commission, but works at Staples as his "regular" job to support his family of four while he completes his master's at UCF.

That's nice.
