That's Windows 8 on Intel -- not on ARM.

And as far as this quote.....

You could replace "Microsoft" with Google, Palm, etc. and you would see that Adobe said the same thing...yet and still Flash can't play standard quality video on a 600Mhz Android device smoothly....something that the Apple figured out how to do on an 80Mhz iPod Classic.
