CarpathiaManIt means exactly, that Flash will not be installable by everybody from public repositories any more. Flash will remain available, whenever the hardware vendor wants to support it. Flash downloads will remain available in the community. That is just a remarkable difference with iCrap devices, which *prevents* any Flash implementation.
