Yes there was. The need to be able to actually view streaming content in a more immersive manner than the teeny weeny iphone screen allowed..... ------ If only Apple had released an iOS device with a larger screen 4 years ago.
But do you really think it was innovative taking a tablet and installing *two* processes to make it a phone?
