It is. However, if you want to read it, you should (a) get the British / worldwide translation rather than the American one, because the former is much better. Also (b) get the earlier books in preference to the ones that've come out since the mid-80s, because the newer ones are not as good.

I thought the thing was being spoken of as sort of a funny comic. Prince Valiant is just boring. I don't need to be bored. I have work for that.
