BTW there is a Time magazine article this week on how some American Church pastprs are using cartoons like Shrek, Spiderman and Batman to illustrate moral themes.

I can suggest one to use: Mickey is "inspired by the Holy Spirit." He is simpleminded, yet he always steps one step ahead of where the anvil falls.

A holy fool?

Donald Duck is a bit more animal, so bad things happen to him which he cannot avoid, and he raves madly for them.

Many years ago, I read that a conference of psychiatrists somewhere or other had concldued that Donald Duck was an angst symbol. They also thought Flash Gordon was a crypto-Nazi, by the way.
