In fact Marek Novotny's lies became directed at me. So obviously I regret backing the trolls with their support for Marek Novotny. While I am sure he loved it, being nice to him made things worse. Show a case study of an effective enterprise that has made its wealth by not giving a damn about its clients or products. What do you get out of lying?
