He is correctly claiming that there is a pattern of users agreeing with you that share common traits:
1. They have never posted to usenet before 2. They post via anonymous proxy IP's
Hence, since we know, has shown, and has proven that you use sock puppets, and since we know, has shown, and has proven that you have used TOR to post to usenet in the past, Occam's razor applies. The simplest explanation is that these are sock puppets of yours.
Or, long-time trolls want to jam the group with irrelevant crap.

This isn't about the daemon, but the nfsd _filesystem_, which is usually mounted under /proc/.
