nospamNo, two displays might have different PPI rates. The image doesn't have a PPI rate. The file it is stored in may have a tag, but it is just a tag and has no effect on the image data.

What affects the image is the PPI of the device used to display the image, not the tag.
for that to be true, an image that is on two displays would have two ppis.
