And you claimed data couldn't be lost if you had a backup, but that's another point.if you have a backup, you can't lose anything unless every backup fails at the same time which is *extremely* unlikely.
So you have this 'simple' failure, what does that actually mean though. do you mean a 404 error on a web browser, or a file can't be found or a file can't be open, or a corrupt file.doesn't matter.
