I hope that backup in the cloud is OK if you do that.
generally, a desktop/laptop is backed up to local hard drives because of the sheer volume of data.

*some* stuff might be in the cloud, however.
meaning some stuff might not be.
the cloud can *go away* and nothing is lost because you have another copy sitting right in front of you. why is this concept so hard to understand?
