PeterNCalPers covers me 100%. So while I am paying a massive $12/month now for CalPers Group Anthem Blue Cross PPO, in Feb I will be paying $0. So the way I look at it CalPers & MediCare will be paying for my PS CC & LR5.

Hoppyists might. ;-)
...but I get a pension from CalPers along with my health benefit, and I have a Lieutenants badge which has been put out to pasture with a "Retired" ribbon across the top. In February Medicare kicks in, and CalPers pays the Part B premium and the BlueCross MC Supplement.
The payment of those premiums keeps me from taking too many long photo journeys to exotic places.
