They work almost the same - categorize any way you want, make playlists, etc..
However WMP is not anywhere near as ibloated as iTunes.
Also, the same songs sound much better on WMP as on iBloatTunes.
Also, the same songs are cheaper from Amazon than iBloatTunes.
But for those who feel wealthy by paying more for the same ....iBloatTunes is for you.
