Have you seen the parasites people have been getting from "local" lakes recently?
Most fish are loaded with worms, parasites, etc.. I only eat seared Ahi Tuna.
My advice: Don't eat raw fish or shellfish. Sushi is Russian Roulette.
A small sampling for you:
I don't do raw fish, fowl, beef or pork. Around here raw fish is called 'bait'!
BTW if you cook the fish really well as you should, the worms and parasites cook too.
