Wait until the Fire becomes available worldwide. In today's economy, hype notwithstanding, $200 for a device to surf the web and keep ones mind occupied with silly games, is all most people will pay for.

You notice that Amazon still hasn't released actual numbers.
Even RIM scored big with its heavy discounts on Playbooks. Anything more than $300 is a rip off for a mass produced device such as the iPadIt seems that that $300 has been lowered to $200. I'm assuming that the number is just whatever is the lowest available price for any tablet-like device currently available. :)
